RETURNS

At MACOEY, we take great care in crafting slow, considered fashion. Each piece is handmade and thoroughly checked before being sent to you.

We truly hope you love your MACOEY garment. However, if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you may return full-priced items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK and EU consumer laws.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and return it within 14 days of notifying us

To request a return, please email us at hello@macoey.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
  • Returns must be sent via a trackable, insured postal service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or a trusted international courier.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return will be deducted from your refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items that are worn, used, damaged, or returned outside of the specified timeframe

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@macoey.com with a photo and order details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

💳 REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

✈️ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide and are happy to accept returns from overseas customers, provided all conditions above are met.
Please ensure any return is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid import duties on our end.
